This project is located in the north-west side of fajr Sq in Karaj city.
In this building, there is a commercial unit on the ground floor and other official units are located on the other floors which has 2 units.
The top floor is duplex and contains a roof garden facing the Fajr Sq.
It consists of a stair box with a consul on west façade which covered by composite tiles mesh and elevator for all floors.
The main façade, designed, in a dynamic shape according to the movements of subway around it.
