This project is a commercial- official building that the ground and first floor are considered as a shopping center and other floors facing the main street as official parts in 2 separated blocks.
And because of the high density of these blocks, the stairs and elevators designed separately for each one.
An open area for summer use and separating the commercial and official parts located on third floor which contains fast food area, meeting area and restaurant.
