This building consists of 4 residential units which designed 4.5 floors and 1 unit per floor and a duplex unit on the top floors..
In this building the ground floor designed as a parking lot and warehouses and also a sport saloon involving body building area and dry sauna .
The stair box and elevator located is located in the middle of the building so that the private spaces of the units could be easily separated form the other parts with 45 degree rotation in the entrance.
All the forms and shapes of the façade reflects the form and performance of the interior spaces and the by designed a big telescopic volume for example the sky light can easily go trough the living room areas and for the whole façade we used the cream colored travertine stone black composite sheets and red 20*60 travertine stone.
